About Me

Pronouns: She/Her/Hers

Licensed State: New York

What should your clients know about you?

I utilize a warm, authentic, empathetic style and work collaboratively with clients. In my clinical work, I aim to create a safe and judgment-free space that encourages vulnerability and facilitates the development of greater insight, self-acceptance, and self-awareness.

What should I know about working with you?

In our therapy together, you will learn to increase self-compassion and mindfulness, and your ability to sit with uncertainty and bear witness to uncomfortable feelings and body sensations. I utilize an eclectic approach to treatment, incorporating elements of Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Psychodynamic, Attachment-based, Internal Family Systems, and Mindfulness-based approaches that are tailored to each client's unique needs.

How do your core values shape your approach to therapy?

I believe the combination of a supportive therapeutic relationship, motivation to change deeply rooted patterns/ limiting beliefs, and gentle guidance can lead to meaningful life transformations and healing. Together, we will explore patterns that are no longer serving you and help you connect to your innate strengths. I will walk alongside you on this journey and create a space that is safe, warm, and nurturing.
