About Me

Pronouns: She/Her/Hers

Licensed States: New York

What should your clients know about you?

I believe that you are the expert on your own experiences. I aim to create a gentle, empathetic space where you can explore your thoughts and feelings at your own pace. Therapy can feel awkward or scary at times, but I believe it works best when we build a collaborative and trusting relationship together. My goal is to support you in recognizing your strengths, developing tools to navigate difficulties, and feeling empowered throughout the process. Therapy can also be a rewarding and deeply self-reflective experience, and I feel honored to be part of your journey for any period of time.

What should I know about working with you?

Empathy, empowerment, and dedication are the core values that shape my approach to therapy. I strive to create a nurturing space where you feel safe, seen, and heard as you move through your journey with patience and understanding. I believe in the power of connection and in walking beside you with warmth, compassion, and knowledge as you work toward a more peaceful relationship with yourself and your experiences.

How do your core values shape your approach to therapy?

I know starting therapy can feel intimidating or uncomfortable, so I strive to create a space where clients feel safe to share at their own pace without judgment. In our first session, I’ll take time to get to know you, understand what brings you to therapy, and explore what you hope to gain from the process. My approach is gentle, trauma-informed, and rooted in empathy, with the goal of helping you feel seen, heard, and supported from the very beginning.
