What should your clients know about you?
Sometimes, you just need a space where you can finally breathe, where your voice is heard, and where your journey is honored. If you’re searching for healing, seeking ways to set boundaries, or looking to truly connect with others and yourself, I'm here for you. You deserve to feel empowered, to take back control, and to build a life that feels genuinely fulfilling. I’m here to walk this path with you, exploring your strengths and tackling the obstacles together, so you can create a life that resonates with who you truly are.
What should I know about working with you?
I believe in tailoring my approach to each unique client I work with. My treatment philosophy is holistic, considering all the factors that affect my clients' well-being. I often incorporate a variety of therapeutic methods, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Person-Centered Therapy, Motivational Interviewing, and Mindfulness techniques. My approach tends to be semi-structured with inclusion of homework assignments to help as guides in our next sessions.
How do your core values shape your approach to therapy?
My practice is grounded in the values of understanding, compassion, humility, balance, and authenticity. It's important to me to provide a safe space where you can express yourself freely and without judgment, and to do that, I strive to build a trusting and supportive relationship with you. I hope to get the chance to meet and explore how we can work together on your journey toward healing and growth.
